Denver Birth Doula Support for Growing Families

Birth is more than a single day. It's a transformation.

You deserve support that helps you feel informed, empowered, and deeply cared for throughout your journey.

“She was there by my side with motivation, reassurance, laughter, and a continuously good spirit.

Amy is the best listener, and has so much wisdom about the birthing experience. She is the kind of person you feel comfortable with straight away, which really comes in handy once you’re baring all!”

Birth work isn't simply something I do. It's something I feel called to.

My path to becoming a doula was shaped by my own experiences of birth, love, transformation, and loss. I have known what it feels like to be deeply supported during birth, to feel empowered in my choices, and to experience the profound strength that comes from being surrounded by people who trust and believe in you.

I have also known grief. In 2022, my baby was born sleeping. Like so many parents throughout history and around the world, I found myself navigating an experience that can feel incredibly isolating. Yet even in that heartbreak, I was held by a community that showed up with compassion, tenderness, and unwavering support.

Those experiences forever changed me. They taught me that birth is never just about having a baby. It is about transformation, vulnerability, courage, uncertainty, power, joy, grief, love, and everything in between.
